Role Overview
As a Sr Financial Analyst, you'll be integral to financial strategy, partnering with key departments like Store Operations, Marketing, and Merchandising. Based onsite in Phoenix with 4 days in-office weekly (1 flex remote day approved by leader), this role offers high-impact opportunities on enterprise projects. No visa sponsorship available.
Key Responsibilities
Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis
- Build and refine financial models for strategic decisions.
- Lead annual planning and monthly forecasts.
- Perform variance/trend analyses to spot risks and opportunities.
Business Partnership & Problem Solving
- Advise business units with data-driven insights.
- Present to senior leaders and resolve complex challenges.
- Bridge Finance with cross-functional teams.
Metrics & Project Support
- Investigate ad hoc questions expertly.
- Support managers on high-impact projects.
- Mentor junior analysts.
Experience & Skills
Require: Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, 5+ years experience, advanced Excel/Power BI, P&L expertise, strong communication. Preferred: MBA/CPA, MicroStrategy. Thrive in fast-paced settings with detail orientation and proactivity.
