Role Overview

The Sr. HRIS Analyst plays a pivotal role in transitioning from SAP HCM on-premises to SAP SuccessFactors cloud. This onsite position (4 days/week in Phoenix, AZ; no visa sponsorship) focuses on HRIS support, configuration, reporting, and enhancements across the employee lifecycle. Partner with HR, Shared Services, and IT to ensure system stability, data integrity, and process optimization, with emphasis on SuccessFactors SPM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and troubleshoot SuccessFactors modules for core HR processes like hiring, benefits, talent, and rewards.
  • Execute system enhancements, UAT testing, and release support for HRIS projects.
  • Generate reports, audit data, and resolve interfaces to maintain accuracy.
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation while upholding security and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvements by tracking updates and recommending best practices.

Experience & Skills

  • Knowledge of HR compliance, security, and best practices (experience)
  • Hybrid work eligibility with 4 days onsite in Phoenix (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HRIS support, configuration, and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors
  • Support HR processes including employee data, benefits, talent management, and organizational development
  • Design and generate reports, monitor interfaces, and ensure data accuracy
  • Execute UAT test scripts, support system enhancements, and release activities
  • Partner with HR, IT, and vendors for stability, user training, and continuous improvements
