Role Overview

As Sr. Manager, Services Financial Planning, you'll lead the creation of accurate financial plans supporting Services' $1B sales goals. Leverage your analytical expertise to forecast sales, margins, and markdowns, influence decisions, and drive profitability. Based at our Phoenix Home Office, expect 4 days in-office weekly with one approved flex remote day.

Key Responsibilities

• Build yearly/monthly/weekly financial plans aligned with goals and trends.
• Perform weekly analyses, monthly forecasts, and sales/promotional reviews.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess forecast impacts on labor, staffing, and operations.
• Develop KPIs, communicate insights, and recommend growth strategies.
• Lead special projects, post-season analyses, and presentations to VP/SVP leadership.

Experience & Skills

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in finance/analytics, retail planning experience, and a Bachelor’s in business. Excel in data interpretation, storytelling from complex datasets, cross-functional collaboration, and supervisory roles. Proficiency in trend analysis, forecasting tools, and influencing senior leaders is essential.
