Role Overview
As Sr. Manager of Strategy for Pet Training & Hotel, you'll own revenue growth, cost optimization, and a long-term roadmap for these high-impact services. Reporting to Strategy leadership, you'll supervise 2+ associates, innovate in the pet services market, and partner across departments to deliver disproportionate business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as SME and business owner for PetsHotel and Training, managing P&L and performance trends.
- Oversee sales growth initiatives and identify whitespace opportunities via market trends.
- Drive strategic vision with operational excellence, flexing from high-level planning to tactical execution.
- Build partnerships with operations, analytics, marketing, and field leaders.
- Develop talent, ensure accountability, and lead cross-department projects for first-to-market innovation.
Experience & Skills
Ideal candidates bring 7-10 years in strategy, project management, merchandising, or marketing, plus a Bachelor’s degree. You’re strategic, analytical, customer-focused, with executive presence to influence leaders. Proficiency in data tools, dashboards, and Microsoft Suite is essential, alongside a passion for pet services.
