Role Overview

As Sr Specialist, Personalized Marketing on the Loyalty & Personalization team, you'll bridge strategy and execution for CRM campaigns. This individual contributor role involves partnering cross-functionally to launch high-impact communications via email, SMS, push, and emerging channels. Thrive at turning complex briefs into customer-centric realities, leveraging data, AI, and experimentation to evolve personalization at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as strategic thought partner in CRM working sessions, translating marketing briefs into executable strategies.
  • Participate in monthly campaign calendar and weekly channel planning, offering ideas and optimization recommendations.
  • Identify improvements in targeting, personalization, messaging, and process efficiency to challenge the status quo.
  • Create detailed CRM datasheets and briefs covering objectives, targeting, messaging, offers, and personalization logic.
  • Manage campaign request forms, ensuring accuracy of copy, disclaimers, URLs, assets, and rules.
  • Oversee projects in Workfront, driving campaigns from concept to launch efficiently.

Experience & Skills

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in CRM/personalized marketing, expertise in multi-channel execution, and a knack for strategic operations. Key skills include data analysis, brief creation, project management, and cross-functional influence. Experience with AI-driven personalization and pet retail is a plus. Must be Phoenix-based for hybrid schedule (minimum 4 days in-office).
