Role Overview
As Sr Store Environment Designer, lead conceptualization and execution of in-store décor and architectural graphics. Blend 2D/3D creativity, technical design, and vendor coordination to deliver build-ready solutions aligned with brand standards. Present compelling visuals to executives and support retail rollouts. Key Responsibilities
Concept Development & Creative Direction
- Drive projects from strategy to execution with inspiration boards, sketches, storyboards, and 3D renderings.
- Present concepts persuasively to teams and leadership.
3D + 2D Design Production
- Create models, renderings, graphics, and prototypes.
- Partner with print teams for cost-effective solutions.
Project Management & Technical Coordination
- Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional reviews.
- Produce working drawings, verify construction docs, and conduct field surveys.
Collaboration
- Work with architects, vendors, and stay ahead of retail trends in fixtures, lighting, and materials.
Experience & Skills
Require proven portfolio in 2D/3D design, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp proficiency, production documentation skills, structural design experience, fabrication knowledge, and quarterly travel readiness. Excel in communication, project management, and translating ideas to reality.
