Role Overview

As Store Leader at Only Natural Pet in Boulder, Colorado, you'll be the driving force behind store success. This full-time role demands a committed leader passionate about natural products, team growth, and customer satisfaction. Expect nights and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment where you'll oversee operations, build high-performing teams, and champion sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically manage all store operations as the primary customer-facing leader and business operations contact.
• Hire, train, and develop Nutrition Consultants, ensuring daily tasks uphold exceptional customer service.
• Implement sustainability improvements year-over-year across environmental, employee, and community initiatives.

Experience & Skills

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of related experience (2+ in pet industry preferred), independent problem-solving, cross-departmental communication, multi-tasking in dynamic settings, analytical skills, and MS Office proficiency. A positive, can-do attitude and passion for natural products and retail careers are essential.
