ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct proactive analysis of service data to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify service risks and plan mitigation with Service Owners
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and other tools to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks and improve service efficiency.
• Apply knowledge of agentic agents and AI frameworks to deliver intelligent solutions to continuously enhance service operations.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and enable predictive triggers and self-service enhancements.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to align service strategies and share best practices.
• Manipulate complex data sets to unlock opportunities for improvement, reduce friction and enhance productivity.
• Effectively communicate technical issues/challenges to non-technical people.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years experience in an IT related field with knowledge of supporting end users with technical issues.
• Experience in data analytics, preferably within a service or operations context.
• Proficiency in Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience using Copilot
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Awareness of internal and external technology trends.
• Must be self-motivated, must have an ability to work well in a geographically dispersed, virtual team environment, and must exhibit a positive and professional attitude.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred exposure to AI/ML concepts and their application in enterprise service contexts.
• Project Management skills
• Understanding of agentic agents and AI solution delivery in enterprise environments.
• Certification in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
• Experience working with Service Now framework

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

• This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Ability to work a variety of hours as the role is part of a global team with stakeholders across all regions
