Role Overview

This Pharmacist 7on/7off Overnight position in Stafford, TX, offers a unique opportunity to practice hospital pharmacy remotely from our licensed facility—not from home. You'll serve acute-care hospitals by focusing on clinical expertise, including monitoring, dosing, and reviewing patient medication therapy, while leaving dispensing to the hospital. The schedule is Thursday to Wednesday overnight: 7pm-5am weekdays and 5pm-5am weekends, with mandatory overtime as needed. Anticipated hourly pay ranges from $50.10 to $64.53, providing competitive compensation in the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our remote pharmacy team, you'll leverage your clinical skills to ensure continuity of care for hospital patients. Responsibilities include:

• Performing remote order entry and CPOE order evaluation and verification to maintain accuracy and safety.
• Conducting physician and nursing consultations to optimize patient outcomes.
• Providing clinical medication dosing services tailored to individual needs.
• Reviewing and monitoring patient profiles and lab values to assess therapeutic outcomes.
• Coordinating access to medications in compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations.
• Assuring acquisition or renewal of pharmacy staff licenses and performing staff pharmacist duties as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek highly energetic, clinically oriented pharmacists ready to excel in a fast-paced setting. Key qualifications include:

• Active pharmacy license in Texas (state of practice) and state of original licensure.
• Willingness to obtain at least five additional state licenses within the first six months.
• 2-4 years of clinical hospital inpatient experience preferred.

• Proficiency with computer systems to operate multiple pharmacy information platforms.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interactions with healthcare professionals.
