Role Overview

As a Pharmacy Delivery Driver at Cardinal Health's Columbus nuclear pharmacy, you'll be the vital link between our facility and healthcare providers. This full-time role involves early morning shifts (Monday-Friday, 3am-11am), with occasional rotational holidays and on-call duties. Earn $18.50 per hour plus a $1,000 new hire sign-on bonus. Drive a non-CDL company vehicle to deliver radiopharmaceuticals and oncology medications safely and on time, following DOT regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks ensure seamless operations in our specialized pharmacy services:

• Prepare doses, package radiopharmaceutical medications for shipment, perform testing, and load/unload containers adhering to strict safety protocols.
• Make prompt deliveries to customer accounts on assigned routes using a company vehicle, navigating with handheld tablet for accuracy.
• Scan customer orders, obtain route information, and verify deliveries for precision.
• Process returned packages from customer locations efficiently.
• Maintain vehicles in optimal condition, perform minor roadside repairs, and conduct general facility cleaning as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek reliable, safety-focused individuals ready for dynamic shifts. Key qualifications include:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and manage weights up to 75 pounds.
• Comfort driving in all weather conditions, day or night, and sitting/standing for extended periods.
• Strong customer service, communication skills, and flexibility for weekends, holidays, on-call rotations (approx. 8 shifts/year), and overtime.
• Proficiency with computers, tablets, and basic technology; prior delivery experience a plus.
• May require vendor credentialing.
