At our West Chester, OH facility, we're seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers to ensure timely, safe distribution to healthcare providers.

Role Overview

As a Pharmacy Services Delivery Driver, you'll play a vital role in our supply chain, delivering radiopharmaceuticals and oncology pharmaceuticals to medical facilities. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week, primarily Monday-Friday from 4am to 12:30pm, with occasional weekend (one day per month) and holiday rotations. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour, plus a $1,000 new hire sign-on bonus. Benefits begin on day one, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, and more. No CDL required—use our company vehicle for non-hazardous routes.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellence daily with these core duties:

• Prepare and execute deliveries to customer accounts on assigned routes using a company vehicle.
• Package radiopharmaceutical medications, perform required testing, and safely load/unload containers per DOT standards.
• Use handheld tablets to scan orders, verify accuracy, and access navigation for efficient routing.
• Process and handle packages returned from customer sites.
• Maintain vehicles in optimal condition, including minor roadside repairs.
• Support facility operations with cleaning and additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek reliable team players with:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must be 18+.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stay mobile for extended periods.
• Comfort driving in all weather, day or night.
• Strong customer service, communication, and basic computer/tablet skills.
• Flexibility for weekends/holidays and overtime.
• Prior delivery experience a plus; vendor credentialing may be required.

Work within standard procedures under moderate supervision, applying skills to routine tasks while escalating complex issues.
