We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Assistant Commercial Excellence Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), and a background in the medical or pharmaceutical industry. This role requires a detail-oriented and reliable individual with passion on sales force effectiveness optimization, who can focus support commercial excellence initiatives and on data analytics to facilitate data driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives, including customer segmentation, territory alignment, and target setting.
  • Participate in commercial excellence projects related to sales performance management and customer segmentation, coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
  • Identify core commercial operation process deficiencies and support process and governance optimization.
  • Utilize Excel and Power BI to accommodate comprehensive data analysis and reporting, including identifying business opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
  • Facilitate project and routine based business communication and collaboration across functions and businesses.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Background in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), experience with target setting, territory management, and account profiling and customer segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI), with the ability to consolidate, process, and interpret complex data logics and create and automate reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Project management skills and experience with implementing process improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
  • Reliable and consistent in performance.


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
