Customer Order Specialist - HPM CEE (all genders)

Job Description

As an Customer Order Specialist, you have an opportunity to become a part of Supplu Chain in Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) that is soon going to be one of the leading businesses in Philips' portfolio.

Your Role

  • Manage customer orders from start to finish—making sure every detail is correct and ready to go.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Project Managers, and other teams to keep things moving smoothly.

  • Ensure all parts of the order are complete and accurate, filling in any missing info.

  • Hand over cases on time and support logistics for on-point deliveries.

  • Help improve and document processes for a smarter way of working.

  • Communicate clearly and proactively with customers and internal teams.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a University degree

  • You have some first experience in fields related to customer service, order management, procurement, supply chain, logistic

  • You know English on C1 level

  • You are an excellent problem solver and have good organization skills

  • You are a team player and have good communication skills
