Rour role:
Provides support in preparing, organizing, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all materials are accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible for the project team.
Assists complex project logistics, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and ensuring that all logistical arrangements are aligned with project timelines and customer expectations.
Monitors the completion of project deliverables, ensuring they adhere to agreed-upon timelines and quality standards, and proactively communicates any potential delays or issues to the project management team.
Coordinates communication between internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders, ensuring that all project updates, changes, and essential information are clearly and accurately conveyed.
Updates and manages project-related data across multiple internal systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and availability of information for ongoing project activities and reporting.
You're the right fit if:
You are a student in at least third year of a Bachelor's degree or pursuing a Master's degree, ideally in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or equivalent
You are available for work at least 30 hours per week, with some of that time spent on-site at the Warsaw office
You are fluent in both Polish and English
You are a highly organized problem-solver who takes initiative in resolving issues and improving processes, with excellent communication and analytical skills
