Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Your role:

  • Drive the greater impact of this role by developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that significantly enhance brand visibility, market share, and revenue growth for the Philips Personal Healthcare brands.

  • Collaborate with a talented cross-functional team and external stakeholders such as creative agencies, media partners, and technology providers to execute successful campaigns and ensure proper brand messaging and consistency across all digital channels.

  • Unlock professional growth opportunities by leading digital transformation focused on consumer centric when building the most important categories within the organization and staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance the brand's digital presence.

  • Support D2C Philips store and increase its presence and market share on the local marketplaces.

We are seeking for a highly skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the digital marketing strategy for our leading Personal Healthcare brands.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive online traffic, and increase customer engagement and conversions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage your expertise to optimize digital performance, with the focus on all Meta and Google instruments. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the digital & e-commerce industry and its trends, demonstrate exceptional analytical and creative thinking, and have a proven track record of delivering impactful digital marketing results.

  • You have a proven track record of successfully developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth

  • Your expertise spans across diverse digital marketing platforms, mainly Meta and Google, allowing you to orchestrate impactful campaigns that reach and resonate with target audiences across multiple platforms.

  • You are a team player who actively contributes to the growth of others while remaining open to learning from fellow team members.

  • You have at least 2 years experience in Digital Marketing, with deep understanding of Meta and Google instruments.

  • You are fluent in Russian, and English.
