Job title: Equipment Testing& Digital Engineering Trainee
Your role:

• Define test equipment specification, including test sequence, acceptance criteria, calibration method etc with product & process engineer based on product (COC) requirement. 根据产品（COC）要求，与产品和工艺工程师一起定义测试设备规范，包括测试顺序，验收标准，校准方法等。

• Develop proper testing program (SW), improve existing testing program when needed. 制定适当的测试程序（SW），必要时改进现有的测试程序.

• Make sub-plan of equipment creation under the overall project plan to ensure project schedule. 在项目总体计划下制定设备创建子计划，确保项目进度。

• Works with the CoC’s to optimize product/equipment/process in order that equpment can run smoothly and fit for the factory’s specific environment. 与CoC一起优化产品/设备/工艺，使设备能够顺利运行并适应工厂的特定环境。

• Achieve the project FOR target实现项目FOR目标

• New technology study, espeically in testing and digital domain. 新技术的研究，特别是在测试和数字领域

• Control Capex 控制资本支出

• Collaborate different functional groups in the team to strive with the right direction and achieve the pre-defined goals. 协调团队中不同的功能组，朝着正确的方向努力，实现预定的目标

• Providing engineering support to production. 为生产提供工程支持

• Report to stakeholders, execution of problem solving , escalation when needed. 向利益相关者汇报，执行问题解决，必要时升级。

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Measurement & Control Technology and Instrumentation, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering majors, with solid theoretical knowledge in engineering drawing, circuit principles or test system fundamentals本科及以上学历，自动化、测控技术与仪器、电子工程、机械工程等相关工科专业，具备扎实的工程制图、电路原理或测试系统基础理论知识

• Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python/C/C++), understand the logic of test program development; prior experience with test tools like LabVIEW or MATLAB is preferred. 掌握至少 1 门编程语言（如 Python/C/C++），了解测试程序开发逻辑，有 LabVIEW、MATLAB 等测试工具使用经验者优先。

• Have strong cross-team communication and collaboration awareness, able to proactively coordinate with personnel of different functions to promote tasks; experience in student association organization or team project collaboration is preferred. 具备较强的跨团队沟通协作意识，能够主动对接不同职能人员推进任务，有学生社团组织或团队项目协作经验者优先。

• Possess fast learning ability and problem-solving thinking, have a strong interest in intelligent manufacturing, test technology and digital fields, and can withstand project schedule pressure and actively respond to challenges.具备快速学习能力和问题解决思维，对智能制造、测试技术及数字化领域有浓厚兴趣，能够承受项目进度压力并积极应对挑战。
