Job Description

Join us as Head of Sales to lead the commercial strategy for our Digital+ Mother and Care portfolio, driving growth through structured sales operations and impactful client engagement.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone with deep digital advertising experience and a passion for innovation in the health and wellness space.

Your Impact:

  • Professionalize the sales team with structured KPIs, CRM tracking, and automation tools.
  • Drive new business by acquiring high-value advertisers and expanding direct brand relationships.
  • Ensure scalable, predictable revenue growth through new client acquisition and upselling.
  • Establish a data-driven sales process to improve efficiency and accountability.
  • Optimize pricing, proposition, and inventory strategy to maximize revenue potential.
  • Lead a high-performance team with clear ownership and structured client engagement.
  • Set up B2B communications to drive lead generation at scale.
  • Translate evolving partner needs into compelling propositions and contribute to product & service innovation.
  • Design tailored go-to-market strategies to unlock new countries and industries.

What You Bring:

  • Digital Expertise: 8+ years in digital ad sales, with experience across agency and in-house teams.
  • Proven Leadership: Track record of driving high-growth ad revenue and leading structured, KPI-driven teams.
  • Industry Network: Strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and key industry players.
  • Sales Operations Mastery: Skilled in CRM systems, sales automation, and data-driven techniques.
  • Strategic & Hands-On: Able to shape long-term strategy while actively leading high-value deals.
  • Portfolio Focus: Experience or interest in the Mother and Care sectors is a strong advantage.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
