Are you interested in an Internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) degree to participate in 3month paid intern opportunities at our site in Cambridge Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.

Your role:

• Generate and qualify sales leads by enthusiastically executing campaign outreach, expanding the sales pipeline, iterating call scripts for better conversion, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing across multiple business units.
• Build and manage customer relationships to gather account intelligence (equipment, unit counts, decision-makers, future plans), escalate and resolve account needs, and support development of new and existing accounts.
• Drive continuous improvement and product expertise by gaining technical knowledge of Philips portfolios, using Lean thinking to support process improvements, and contributing insights to boost brand awareness and campaign effectiveness.

You're the right fit if:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications
• Strong teamwork, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.Curious, self‑starter mindset with initiative and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Confident phone presence with demonstrated success in outbound prospecting. Proven ability to use persuasive, consultative selling techniques over the phone to address customer needs.
• Comfortable working independently while managing priorities and deadlines.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position is $21.00 to $24.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
