IT Business Partner, Commercial Domain

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership: Partner with the functional leaders of commercial operation (COP) division and Business Units to understand the business strategies and initiatives to support structuring IT commercial landscape. Initiate IT commercial strategy roadmap and execute with prioritized annual budget.
• IT Project mgt.: Take the ITPM or ITBA accountability for business initiatives, from requirements collection to business go live ensuring success in deployment together with the IT delivery team.
• Project portfolio mgt: scope, schedule, budget, risk, vendors and change management; report status and benefits realization to local leadership and global IT governance.
• Compliance: Comply with quality, compliance, security, privacy and regulatory standards for commercial applications
• Operations oversight: Monitor and support the daily operations of Commercial applications, monitoring the incident management with product or operation teams. Setup mechanism to review with key stakeholders on a regular basis.

Minimum Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline.

Preferred Experience

• Over 5 years of IT experience in medical or pharmaceutical industry, BP experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness or Channel Mgt. team is preferred
• Proven project experiences in CRM, SFE, DMS or commercial excellence (e.g. sales tooling, sales enablement, pricing or promotion) ; PM or BA roles is preferred
• Experience operating in matrix organizations with global platforms and local market requirements.

Preferred Certification

• PMI-PMP, ACP, PBA
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or SAFe Practitioner.
• AWS or Microsoft Dynamic practitioner
  
   

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders and accumulate business acumen.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Project management skills and experience with implementing process improvements.
• Strong Data analytics (SQL, Power BI/Tableau) and Business analysis skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; strong cross-cultural communication.
