Job summary:

The role is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic account plans for high-value clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving long-term growth.

Your role:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve growth targets & build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.

  • Drive complex sales and marketing initiatives for key accounts & monitor KPIs and financial performance, providing insights to senior management.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.

  • Mentor and coach junior account managers to foster high performance.

  • Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.


You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 6+ years of experience in strategic account management, client relationship management, partner sales operations, sales operations, business development or equivalent.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing executive-level relationships and sales delivery against targets in Medical Devices Market.

  • Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
