We are seeking an experienced National Account Executive to join our Personal Health team. Reporting to the National Business Manager, this role offers hands-on commercial experience across strategically important retail customers. You’ll play an integral role in supporting the delivery of customer plans, executing key promotional and media activity.


Your role:

  • Support the development and execution of Joint Business Plans with major retail partners, aligned to both customer objectives and internal KPIs.
  • Oversee financial management of accounts, forecasting and management of promotional and trade spend.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, ensuring effective communication.
  • Analyse and utilise data and insights to identify opportunities and implement timely actions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as marketing, supply chain and finance.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and overall business outcomes.

  • A degree/vocational Education in business, marketing or related field or equivalent.
  • 2+years’ experience as National Account Executive or Category role with a consumer goods/ FMCG business.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Proactive, organised and commercially curious.
  • Analytical skills for translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a keen eye for detail and execution excellence.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with peers across the commercial team to align and share best practices.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Willingness to undertake regular interstate travel.
