Order Manager Analyst
Your role:

• The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for implementing sales orders diligently to ensure timely delivery of ordered goods to the customer, working under general supervision.
• The role coordinates manual and automated sales orders, ensuring oversight across various channels, including returns, for comprehensive management of the process.
• The role prioritizes addressing non-standard flows swiftly to guarantee timely order fulfillment. The role keeps stakeholders informed with transparent and up-to-date information on sales activities.
• The role ensures efficient processing and accurate record-keeping, with a focus on exception management and proactive issue resolution to maintain smooth operations, managing the administrative flow of all sales orders, from intake to recognition.

You're the right fit if:
Minimum 2 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Order Management, Logistics, Process Improvement, Business Administration or equivalent OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
