PCBA Soldering Specialist

Job Description

The PCBA Soldering Specialist plays a key role in the production of advanced PCBAs and complex (system) assemblies. This position is responsible for executing highly precise production steps—both manually and with specialized machinery—in a high-tech environment. The PCBA Soldering Specialist proactively identifies and analyzes potential issues, and actively contributes to the continuous improvement of both processes and products.

Your role:

• Executes the production of complex PCBA's and (system) assemblies performing both manual steps and using machines to perform the steps.

• Support in the setup and optimization of the process steps and work instructions.

• Provide feedback on both the product and the production steps / tools.

• Perform highly accurate and complex manual production steps such as soldering, gluing and cleaning using a microscope.

• Perform production test steps using dedicated tools and machines.

• Suggests and helps implement small improvement ideas.

• Perform rework on existing products (PCBA rework)

You're the right fit if you have:

• High School Diploma or Vocational Education.

• Experienced in Soldering (with Microscope)

• Experience with (accurate) system assembly or product assembly

• Dutch speaking skills of minimal B1/B2 level

• You must hold either a Dutch passport or have the nationality of a NATO member country.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an onsite role.
