Productivity Project Manager – Industrial Cost Engineer

Lead Design-to-Value analysis and support program delivery within scope, schedule, and cost objectives. You will analyse cost structures, evaluate design options, and drive cost improvement initiatives across innovation projects. Your work ensures financial and technical goals are met while enabling profitable and sustainable product development.

Your Role:

  • You will be involved in new innovation projects from the beginning to set up profitability analysis and investigating alternative scenarios to achieve our ambitious business goals
  • You will play a key role in advising management and project teams on cost-related topics throughout the innovation process.
  • You will build cost models, benchmarking, and collaborating with R&D, Procurement, and cross-functional teams to optimize product cost and profitability.
  • Lead DfX and cost improvement projects, prepare financial and risk reports, and support engineering changes and labelling requirements.
  • You will be involved in new innovation projects from the beginning to set up profitability analysis and investigating alternative scenarios to achieve our ambitious business goals

You're the Right Fit If:

  • You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, Technology and Operations Management, or similar.
  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in project management, cost engineering, and/or value engineering, with expertise in cost price and profitability calculation methods (business cases, P&L, balance sheet).
  • You possess deep understanding of commercial and technical aspects and their financial impact in innovation projects. Ideally within IGT Systems or similar complex medical systems.
  • You demonstrate seniority, hands-on mentality, able to switch between detailed analyses and high-level processes quickly and ability to inspire others at different levels.
  • You are fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
