Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering.
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of relevant industry experience in Technical Project Management, preferably in end-to-end medical device product development.
MBA and experience in a regulated medical device development and manufacturing environment is a plus.
The individual must demonstrate high levels of initiative, leadership, good judgement, effective communication skills and strong analytical skills.
Must have worked in a Global Matrix organization, managing complex projects through teams and stakeholders across various geographic locations.
Successful track record of project management for R&D or Supply Chain.
Good influencing skills, conflict resolution, assertiveness, negotiation in collaboration with management.
Demonstrated leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to build relationships and effective organizational and networking skills.
Excellent time management and scheduling.
Preferred Certification:
PMP Certification is a plus
