Your role:
- 根据年度/季度销售目标，拆解流量缺口，制定天猫站内（直通车、万相台、品专、钻展、超级直播等）年度-季度-月度投放预算与节奏表；
- 结合平台大促/新品/会员日节奏，输出「人-货-场」匹配打法，明确不同阶段的投放目标（曝光/拉新/转化/复购）。
- 独立完成账户结构搭建、人群包圈选、关键词/资源位/创意/出价策略制定；
- 每日监控数据，按小时级调整出价、预算与人群，确保达成既定KPI（CTR、CVR、ROI、CPA）；
- 深度使用达摩盘、数据银行、策略中心，沉淀高潜人群包并做A/B测试，持续降低获客成本。
- 与商品、运营、供应链共创「潜力爆款模型」，制定单品打爆路径（搜索卡位+推荐放量+内容种草回流）；
- 针对新品冷启动期、成长期、成熟期分别制定差异化推广方案，实现0→1→10的销量跃迁。
- 每日跟踪行业TOP10竞店流量结构、关键词排名、创意卖点，输出《竞品攻防报告》；
- 发现竞品薄弱流量入口（长尾词、时段、地域、资源位），快速组织反攻抢量。
