Job title:
Sales Support Intern

Your Role:

- Automate processes related to the Sales Support area (records, mass shipments, follow-ups).
- Manage and optimize databases from various platforms.
- Support the sales team in Colombia with technical and operational tasks.
- Collaborate in the preparation of tenders and demonstration management (tender preparation).
- Provide support for the quotation and order management process.
- Assist in the creation and registration of suppliers.

You are a right fit:

- Advanced student in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Availability for 18 months.
- The internship must be endorsed by your university.
- Experience in programming and database management.
- Practical knowledge of tools and platforms for data export and integration. Microsoft Power Platform and Python programming language are preferred.
- Analytical and organizational skills for efficient information management.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
