Your role:

  •  负责区域内产品的销售工作,提供专业技术支持以满足客户需求;
  • 负责区域内医院的开发和产品上量,对代理商进行有效管理和辅导;
  • 有效执行区域内重点客户的市场策略和学术推广;
  • 与客户建立专业及良好的关系,保持和维护公司形象;

You're the right fit if:

  • 本科及以上学历,临床医学(心血管方向优先)、生物医学工程、药学等相关专业背景者优先。
  • 具备2年及以上心内介入(如冠脉支架、起搏器)或外周介入(如外周支架、栓塞器)领域技术跟台及销售经验,需熟练掌握至少一类核心介入产品的操作流程、临床适应症及并发症处理逻辑。熟悉介入产品技术参数、临床优势及竞品差异,能为医生提供精准技术支持,具备器械异常等应急处理能力。
  • 具备区域医院独立开发能力,能完成科室调研、准入推进及产品上量;执行力强,能严格落实市场策略与销售任务;学习能力突出,可快速掌握迭代技术;

  • Proficiency in at least one core interventional product operation, clinical indications, complications (experience)

  • Provide professional technical support to meet customer needs
  • Develop hospitals and scale products in the region
  • Effectively manage and coach agents
  • Execute key customer market strategies and academic promotions
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
