This Knoxville, TN based role is pivotal in designing engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiences that support employee growth, compliance, and performance across the organization. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to transform complex concepts into impactful training solutions.

Essential Job Functions                                                                                           

  • Design and develop instructional materials for in-person, virtual, and self-paced learning formats (e.g., eLearning, videos, job aids, workshops)
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance gaps to recommend learning solutions
  • Apply adult learning principles, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and learning technologies to create engaging content
  • Develop storyboards, scripts, and prototypes using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar
  • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics


 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • At least 1 Years of experience
  • Graphic design or video editing experience
  • Experience creating: facilitator guides, visual aids, workbooks, classroom training, blended/virtual sessions, or e-learning.
  • ADDIE methodology
  • Familiarity with Articulate 360 (Storyline) and Adobe Creative Cloud
