Job Description
Responsibilities
- Engage in a specific project within the Pinterest IT team, involving technical solutions for real-world use cases within the Enterprise Systems realm
- Develop automation scripts to improve processes and reduce manual tasks
- Provide technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, for SaaS platforms pertaining to various business areas
- Collaborate across major SaaS platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Slack and other widely used software stacks
- Create and maintain technical documentation of system processes and configurations
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a school or education program working towards a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IS/MIS, or other engineering areas or a related technical field
- Obtain Bachelor's in Computer Science, IS/MIS, or other engineering areas or a related technical field by June 2027
- Prior experience or exposure to SaaS tools, engineering tools, and process mapping
- Passion for automation to reduce manual efforts where possible
- Ability to present your work in front of technical and non-technical audiences
