Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel commercial strategies to expand beyond the service segments
  • Build and nurture relationships with the flagship partners in the Greater China Region, proactively identifying opportunities to grow the account and deepen the partnership
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to develop and implement joint marketing and sales initiatives with partners
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and implement effective strategies
  • Oversee a team of vendor account managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Build a deep understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed
  • Track and report on key metrics to measure partner performance and identify areas for business growth
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners and provide them with necessary support and resources
  • Scalable enablement and education through channel partners on Pinterest value proposition and full product suites
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential partners and customers
  • Collaborate with internal technical and non-technical teams, including marketing, product, legal, finance, sales operations, policy etc to ensure seamless execution of sales programs and deals collaboration

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of digital advertising sales experience, business administration, or channel sales management
  • Experience working with Greater China Export advertisers and/or agencies
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in reseller/agency or vendor management, preferably in digital marketing field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with technical and non-technical teams, with strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
  • Technical foundation with relevant experience in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising technologies
  • Fluency in business Mandarin and English
  • Comfortable with 30% of business travel
  • A Bachelor's degree
