Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute and implement a centralized Supplier Management framework specific to the needs of the Sales and Marketing organizations and potentially other orgs as needed, focusing on streamlined onboarding teams to our Governance Model, partnering with business teams on performance monitoring and compliance.
  • Lead the performance management, issue resolution, and scaled partnership development for critical Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) programs supporting the global Sales and Marketing functions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for critical suppliers, and lead/support regular business reviews (QBRs) to drive continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Compliance and Security teams to ensure supplier adherence to all contractual, data privacy, and security requirements, and proactively identify, mitigate, and lead initiatives to resolve supplier-related risks and escalations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and our strategic suppliers, providing guidance and expertise to internal teams on effective supplier utilization and relationship best practices.
  • Work closely with Procurement and Legal to support the contracting lifecycle, focusing on optimizing performance related terms and governance language.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Supplier Management, or 7+ years equivalent experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Vendor Management, Strategic Sourcing, or a related role, with a strong focus on supporting Sales, Marketing and other functions at a global scale.
  • Deep understanding of the supplier landscape for Sales and Marketing including digital media agencies, creative production, ad-tech platforms, market data providers and BPO providers.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives and external supplier leadership.
  • Proven ability to define metrics, analyze supplier performance data, and translate data into actionable business insights.
