Role Overview

The Planner II, Business Planning Pousheng GC role in Shanghai, China Mainland, is a pivotal position within Nike's Greater China operations. This full-time role focuses on crafting balanced business plans that optimize sales, margins, and inventory for Nike's key partners. You'll collaborate with sales teams, strategic partners, and cross-functional groups to ensure financial targets are met while fostering marketplace health. Key Partnerships

Work closely with Account Sell-in & Thru, Fleet, Sales Excellence teams, strategic partners, and cross-account BP teams to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll play a hands-on part in shaping Nike's business strategy in China:

• Work with sales and cross-functional teams to build balanced business plans considering sales, margins, and inventory for optimal financial delivery and partner marketplace health.
• Partner to drive top door and concept growth via sell-through analysis, buy planning, assortment optimization, and in-season actions.
• Develop future-season and in-season door plans based on marketplace capacity, collaborating with account sales, strategic partners, finance, and MP stakeholders.
• Collaborate with account sales to deliver aligned Merchandise Financial Plans (MFP) through consumer code gates.
• Partner with sales teams to plan and track Gross Trade Net (GTN) levers for top door growth and execution.
• Perform recaps and analysis of performance, including sales vs. plan, top door metrics, branch-level results, and resource investment efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of working experience in retail planning, with strong logical thinking and comprehensive understanding of retail math.
• High learning agility and demonstrated ability to quickly read and react to dynamic marketplace environments.
