Role Overview

As a Platform Operations Associate Consultant - Weekend Shift (Remote, GBR), you'll join CrowdStrike Services to handle the planning, deployment, implementation, and operational support of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and related applications. This role involves full-cycle responsibility from initial customer engagement to ongoing optimization and support. Expect a schedule like Wednesday-Saturday, Friday-Monday, Thursday-Sunday, or Saturday-Tuesday (10 hours, 4 days), ideal for those thriving in dynamic, weekend-focused environments.   • Troubleshoot complex issues across small to large enterprises using native and third-party tools.
  • Engineer software deployment solutions and develop custom scripts via Falcon APIs.
  • Manage customer project planning, status updates, and collaborative IT team engagements.
  • Support vulnerability and asset management using applications like Exposure Management.
  • Integrate CrowdStrike into existing tools and assist Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with Falcon Forensics Collectors.
  • Contribute to customer-facing collateral with the Platform Professional Services team.

Up to 25% travel may be required to ensure seamless deployments.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, plus 2 years of experience in IT deployments or end-user environments.
  • Basic understanding of software deployment technologies and working knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills to build collaborative relationships and present technical content to diverse audiences.
