Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with operationalizing all modules of the Falcon platform across diverse environments.
  • Troubleshooting complex issues in small to large enterprises using analytical prowess.
  • Utilizing and engineering native and third-party software deployment technologies like SCCM, Group Policy, and more.
  • Developing scripting and application solutions leveraging Falcon APIs with tools like PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
  • Managing customer project planning, status updates, and collaborative work with IT teams.
  • Supporting vulnerability and asset management using CrowdStrike applications like Exposure Management.
  • Integrating CrowdStrike into existing tools and aiding Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with Falcon Forensics Collectors.
  • Contributing to customer-facing collateral development with the Platform Professional Services team.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as a Platform Operations Consultant, you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT deployments or end-user/customer environments.
  • Basic understanding of software deployment technologies and knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills to build collaborative relationships and present technical content to diverse audiences.
