The Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant - Cloud (Remote) role at CrowdStrike is pivotal in planning, deploying, and supporting the Falcon Cloud Security platform and related applications. Key Responsibilities

In this senior role, you will drive deployment and operations for Falcon Cloud Security solutions across small to large enterprises. Responsibilities include providing technical expertise for implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting; modifying scripts in Bash, PowerShell, CloudFormation, and Terraform; and engineering native and third-party deployment technologies. You will develop processes for Falcon sensor deployment, plan and report status, and collaborate closely with customer IT teams. Additional duties encompass mentoring the Platform Professional Services team, conducting training on cloud best practices, leveraging CrowdStrike applications for vulnerability and asset management, and integrating with existing tools. Support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with data collection scripts, lead educational series on Falcon Cloud Security, and facilitate cross-functional relationships with product and engineering teams. Projects may involve guiding ECS Fargate or Google Cloud Run deployments, Kubernetes Helm charts or Operators, and CSPM integrations with AWS, GCP, or Azure via Bash, Terraform, or APIs.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel, candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, plus 5+ years of IT deployment or end-user/customer environment experience. Essential skills include cloud platform expertise and certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP; extensive knowledge of public clouds and container technologies like EKS, AKS, GKE, ECS, Docker; strong CSPM knowledge; Linux administration and CLI proficiency; Python scripting; and experience across Windows, Mac, and Linux. Comprehensive customer-facing consulting, Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent communication, cloud/network security knowledge, and exceptional problem-solving are required.
