Key Responsibilities

You will develop processes for Falcon sensor deployment, plan and report status, and collaborate closely with customer IT teams. Additional duties encompass mentoring the Platform Professional Services team, conducting training on cloud best practices, leveraging CrowdStrike applications for vulnerability and asset management, and integrating with existing tools. Support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with data collection scripts, lead educational series on Falcon Cloud Security, and facilitate cross-functional relationships with product and engineering teams.
