Role Overview

The Platforms & Solutions Associate Manager is a newly created position within PepsiCo's TS&ES organization in Hyderabad, Telangana. Reporting to the ICC AMS Manager-HR, this role focuses on operational support for the SuccessFactors ecosystem, ensuring seamless HR technology operations. You will handle configurations, security setups, incident troubleshooting, and change management in alignment with global governance processes. This is an ideal opportunity for a technical HR expert passionate about SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to contribute to PepsiCo's global HR digital strategy.

Key Focus Areas

Your work will span configuration & security (RBP setup, workflows), access troubleshooting, change control board activities, impact analysis, incident management across systems like BOOMI, CPI, and Integration Center, plus operations support and ticket trend analysis. Collaborate with global teams to deliver effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Global People Solutions team to manage and execute queues of incidents and service requests efficiently.
  • Actively handle assigned global Change Control Board (CCB) configuration requests, including developing project plans and timelines.
  • Focus on global Identity Management (IdM) and security queue requests, ensuring proper communication and escalations to management.
  • Support and execute metrics and scorecards for Employee Central system configurations and security changes, providing status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SuccessFactors incidents, including RBP issues, workflow configurations, mass loads, and integrations.
  • Partner with team members to identify problems, conduct root-cause analysis, and escalate to leadership for strategic review.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in IT, Computer Science, or Human Resources.
  • 6-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and support.
  • Detailed system configuration expertise in large-scale HCM ERP or cloud solutions, with SuccessFactors EC or SAP HCM preferred.
  • Required SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
  • Proven experience in RBP setup, workflow configurations, and SuccessFactors incident analysis.
  • Strong collaboration skills with business teams, high organization, follow-up abilities, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving skills, initiative, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings with multiple priorities.
