The Platforms & Solutions Manager position within PepsiCo's Global Systems & Platforms Team in GHROps is a critical role based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Reporting to the GHROps Systems & Platforms HR Operations Support Sr Manager, this full-time position focuses on delivering operational support for HCM systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). You will handle incident resolution, configurations, security management, mass data loads, and testing across global processes. This role demands a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with expertise in HRIT to ensure seamless system performance amid complex global operations, including reorganizations, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Key activities include partnering with PepsiCo IT, outsourced AMS teams like Alight and Accenture, and global stakeholders to manage queues on ServiceNow, execute change requests via the Change Control Board (CCB), and maintain documentation like SOPs and security workbooks. Ideal for HR tech experts passionate about innovation in people operations.
Execute incident resolution for systems and integrations (BOOMI, CPI, Integration Center), perform employee data mass loads with validation, solve tickets, and document solutions. Maintain SOPs and resolve problem cases to minimize downtime.
Manage application configurations and security for reorganizations, break/fix, CCB, and special projects. Support performance management, learning, succession planning, and annual updates like salary plans and PDR forms. Design and execute security, including Role-Based Permissions (RBP) fixes.
Conduct operations testing for BAU, CCB, CRs, and special projects. Provide SuccessFactors release testing support and input into global release processes.
Oversee day-to-day management of incidents and requests on myServices (ServiceNow). Collaborate with business partners, HR leads, PepsiCo IT, PMO, vendors like SAP, and AMS teams to deliver updates within budget and timelines.
To succeed in this role, candidates need a minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or Human Resources. Require 7-9 years of overall experience, with 5-7+ years in HCM system implementations, HRIT support, and global large-scale EC projects. SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is mandatory, along with detailed configuration experience in HCM ERP/Cloud solutions.
Must possess strong organizational skills, results-oriented mindset, excellent verbal/written communication, problem-solving abilities, initiative, creativity, and attention to detail. Experience in documentation development is essential. Proficiency in global HCM governance, integrations, and vendor management is highly valued.
