Role Overview

As a PM Server at our Seattle, Washington location, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the Radisson experience, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction in the lounge. Earning $20.74 per hour, this position involves serving beverages and food to lounge guests with prompt efficiency, creating memorable moments that embody genuine hospitality. You will give personal attention, take responsibility, and leverage teamwork to exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities

Your daily duties include proper table setups, inspecting linens, silver, china, and other items. Take customer orders, offer beverage and food suggestions, report to bartenders, and ensure drinks are garnished perfectly. Coordinate seamlessly with servers and the chef to serve food and beverages, refilling as needed. Clear dirty glasses, linens, and dishes promptly. Respond to requests and complaints with empathy, listening, apologizing, solving issues, and following through. Clean the lounge during and after events, adhere to legal beverage service laws, and close out bills using cash or credit cards per procedures. Embody 'Yes I Can!' hospitality to notice and resolve guest dissatisfaction proactively.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates need a high school diploma or GED, with two years of experience in an upscale environment preferred. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are essential. Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol, possess excellent customer service skills, and relate to all levels of guests and management. A strong team spirit and willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, are crucial. Physically, you must lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally, maneuver up to 150 pounds briefly, set up banquet fixtures, push/pull carts up to 200 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
