• Develop AI Simulation Apps: Build applications that replicate customer challenges to identify MongoDB product gaps and test new features.
• Build Acceleration Tools: Create reusable AI-powered developer tools to accelerate common project tasks across customer engagements.
• Drive Improvements: Conduct technical discovery via shadowing and retrospectives to pinpoint bottlenecks and collaborate on product enhancements.
• Harvest Reusable Assets: Generalize field-proven solutions and publish them to the central ATF library.
• Track Metrics: Define delivery telemetry and build dashboards for ATF adoption and outcomes.
• Mentor Community: Host office hours, contribute to help channels, and amplify best practices internally.
• Collaborate with Technical Program Managers and Product Engineering to influence the AMP roadmap.
