You'll work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment (3-5 days in our New York office) collaborating with engineers who build for engineers.   • Reproduce complex technical issues across Datadog's 600+ integrations including AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and custom applications.

  • Drive meaningful product conversations by identifying customer pain points and unmet needs during support interactions.
  • Lead routine health check meetings, proactively identifying optimization opportunities in customer Datadog deployments.
  • Deliver technical demos, presentations, and participate in cadence calls to showcase platform value.
  • Collaborate on conferences, side projects, and contribute to Datadog's technical community.
