Key Responsibilities at Datadog

  • Provide elite multi-channel support (phone, chat, tickets) to Premier Customers while continuously educating them on advanced Datadog platform capabilities
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key enterprise accounts, gaining intimate knowledge of their infrastructure and monitoring needs
  • Reproduce and troubleshoot complex technical issues across Datadog's extensive ecosystem of 600+ integrations including AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and more
  • Author comprehensive documentation and knowledge base articles covering cutting-edge technologies and observability best practices
  • Drive product feedback loops by identifying customer pain points and collaborating with product teams on feature enhancements
  • Lead routine health check meetings, performance reviews, and success planning sessions with Premier Customers
  • Deliver technical demos, presentations at industry conferences, and contribute to customer success side projects
  • Work collaboratively in Datadog's hybrid NYC office environment 3-5 days per week to maximize team synergy and innovation
  • Monitor rotating schedules including weekend availability to ensure 24/7 coverage for critical enterprise customers
