Role Overview

The Presell Representative position in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is a pivotal role within PepsiCo’s KSA sales team. This full-time opportunity focuses on maximizing sales volume, minimizing stales, achieving distribution targets, implementing merchandising standards, collecting accounts receivable, and delivering exceptional customer service. Operating under standardized procedures ensures consistency across KSA operations. Presell Representatives also provide critical market insights to supervisors, attend professional training, and participate in daily debriefings to drive sales opportunities and maintain high performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Presell Representative, you will play a hands-on role in PepsiCo’s sales execution. Core duties include:

  • Selling the full range of PepsiCo products to an agreed customer list, measured against specific sales targets while keeping stale levels below agreed thresholds.
  • Delivering supervisor-approved service levels through structured call frequencies and daily route plans, reviewed in daily debriefings.
  • Conducting daily and weekly vehicle checks, maintaining the sales vehicle in clean, roadworthy condition, and reporting defects promptly.
  • Supplying ready-to-ship customer orders on time, including full delivery details, and maintaining optimal stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Implementing agreed in-store merchandising standards, coordinating with merchandisers as needed, and advising supervisors on competitor activities.
  • Performing daily reconciliations of cheques, cash, and credit sales while upholding high grooming, driving, and regulatory standards.

Performance is tracked via Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with consistent underperformance leading to disciplinary measures.
