Role Overview

The Preseller position in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is a pivotal role within PepsiCo's KSA sales team. This full-time opportunity focuses on maximizing sales volume, minimizing stales, achieving distribution targets, implementing merchandising standards, collecting accounts receivable, and delivering exceptional customer service.   • Selling the full range of PepsiCo products to an agreed customer list, measured against specific sales targets while keeping stale levels below agreed thresholds.
  • Delivering approved customer service through scheduled call frequencies and daily route plans, reviewed in daily supervisor debriefings.
  • Conducting daily and weekly vehicle checks, maintaining a clean and roadworthy sales vehicle, and reporting any defects promptly.
  • Supplying ready-to-ship customer orders on time, including full delivery arrangements, and maintaining optimal individual customer stock levels to prevent out-of-stock issues.
  • Implementing supervisor-approved in-store merchandising standards, coordinating with company merchandisers as needed.
  • Advising supervisors on competitor activities, performing daily reconciliations of cheques, cash, and credit sales.
  • Maintaining professional grooming, high driving standards, and compliance with regulations.

Performance is tracked via Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with consistent underperformance leading to disciplinary action.

Success in this role is quantified through sales volume, stale minimization, distribution achievements, service levels, and market reporting accuracy.
