Role Overview

The Preseller position in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is a pivotal role within PepsiCo's KSA sales team. This full-time opportunity focuses on maximizing sales volume, minimizing stales, achieving distribution targets, implementing merchandising standards, collecting accounts receivable, and delivering exceptional customer service.   • Delivering supervisor-approved customer service through optimized call frequencies and daily route plans, reviewed in daily debriefings.
  • Conducting daily and weekly vehicle checks, maintaining a clean and roadworthy sales vehicle, and reporting any issues promptly.
  • Supplying ready-to-ship customer orders on time, including full delivery arrangements, and maintaining optimal individual customer stock levels to prevent out-of-stocks.
  • Implementing agreed in-store merchandising standards, coordinating with company merchandisers where applicable, and advising on competitor activities in your territory.
  • Performing daily reconciliations of cheques, cash, and credit sales while upholding high standards of grooming, driving safety, and regulatory compliance.

Performance is tracked via Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with consistent delivery essential for success.
