Role Overview

As Principal, Gaming Operations and Partner Management, you'll be a pivotal leader in Nike's high-performance Gaming Partnerships offense. Key Responsibilities

Partner Management

Lead the management of existing partnerships with game studios, building robust support frameworks. Negotiate and execute ongoing projects, seasonal integrations, and bespoke activations. Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless executions across titles. Collaborate with Finance and Legal on contracts and licensing revenue. Host regular partner meetings and functional check-ins to ensure alignment.

Partner Operations

Take ownership of operational workstreams, maintaining discipline in onboarding, workflows, and milestones. Develop scalable tools, processes, and dashboards for streamlined communication. Align product flows with Nike, Jordan, Converse, Energy Gaming, and Pre-Order teams. Provide insights on scaling operations and new partnership models. Track KPIs, milestones, and partner performance for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates need 8+ years of core experience in project operations and internal/external stakeholder management. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. Demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills for complex, cross-functional projects. Strong knowledge of gaming, sport, sneakers, and streetwear is essential, alongside proficiency in contracts, project management tools, and presentations.
