Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

  • Drive incremental value for field sales teams through strategic engagements with Global and Regional System Integrators and Cloud Partners.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SI partner strategies tailored for the competitive NY/NJ region.
  • Recruit, nurture, empower partners to unlock growth opportunities and build lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Proactively prospect and qualify sales pipelines exclusively through partner ecosystems for rapid expansion.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to close high-value deals and consistently exceed booking targets.
  • Lead partner enablement initiatives, enhancing sales, pre-sales, delivery capabilities, and new MongoDB certifications.
  • Facilitate cross-partner collaboration between MongoDB teams and cloud providers to optimize sales execution.
