Role Overview

As a Principal Specialist, Quality Control Chemistry Testing on the weekend shift (Friday-Sunday, 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM), you will serve as a technical leader in our Quality Control Chemistry team. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day impact will include hands-on laboratory work and leadership in quality assurance:

• Conduct visual assessments and analytical evaluations of incoming materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Lead method verification, validation, transfer protocols, and qualification of analytical instrumentation.
• Perform stability testing per protocols and execute laboratory investigations, change controls, deviations, and CAPAs.
• Mentor and train chemistry department personnel, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on testing, instrumentation, and processes.
• Author, optimize, and maintain SOPs, analytical testing forms, and other controlled documents.
• Collaborate across departments on special projects, championing cGMP, EHS, and Radiation Safety practices.
