Role Overview

As a Principal Technical Program Manager in Nike's Consumer Product & Innovation organization, you will be the driving force behind key software capability executions across Global Technology. Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• 7+ years in Technical Program Management or product experience.
• 10+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience in Retail, Consumer Product Development, Innovation, Supply Chain, or Operations preferred.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and Lucid.
• Broad technical understanding across Front End, DevOps, Cloud Services, and Service Oriented Architecture.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
