Position Summary

The Print Production Manager role at Sonoco in Subang Paper, Indonesia, is a pivotal onsite position based in Banten. This full-time, mid-level opportunity involves managing print production for diverse packaging types, ensuring final prints align with design intent through expert liaison with clients and printers. Ideal for professionals passionate about print technology, color management, and project leadership in the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow Standard Working Practices (SWP) and assess new designs, liaising with clients, printers, and tooling suppliers.
  • Provide Artworkers with technical instructions for artwork separation and support their development in reprographics.
  • Train junior PPM team members and specify tooling requirements as needed.
  • Maintain client brand targets, color standards, printer specifications, and technical records.
  • Perform post-print analysis (measured and visual) and collaborate across business units for efficient artwork generation.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in print and packaging industries.
  • Broad knowledge of printing systems across various package types.
  • Strong understanding of color management and proofing systems.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Malay (due to geographical requirements) and excellent English communication.
